About

Set among meandering streams & winding country roads, the hotel offers our guests the finest in tradition, hospitality, superb cuisine & lavish surroundings that will ensure your visit is a memorable one.
The Hotel is the first 4* hotel in Tyrone & brings you back in time with period style, where you can escape from the hustle & bustle of everyday life with breath-taking views of the valleys and mountains.
Featuring 43 luxury en-suite bedrooms, Blackwater Bar/Conservatory Lounge, Carleton Restaurant, Spa facility, three acres of gardens and a large, free car park. Close to shops, golf courses, equestrian centres and the lakes of Fermanagh are just half an hour’s drive away, the hotel must be experienced to be believed.
From the impressive wrought-iron gates the drive is lined with 300 year old beech trees giving spectacular colour all year round and boasts three acres of mixed grounds and manicured lawns to stroll in.
The Victorian walled garden, well stocked flower beds & shrubs delight our guests all the year round from snowdrop drifts & bluebell dell to the spring azaleas & roses in the summer. Added to that the glorious views of the rolling hills and the cathedral village of Clogher will take your breath away. An oasis to bide-a-while on a summer day/evening over afternoon tea or reviving tipple. Even in the winter the garden can be viewed and enjoyed from the warmth of our conservatory.
