Belmont Residence is excellently appointed, fully modernised, traditional terrace in the historic Belmont area in East Belfast, birthplace of C.S.Lewis, George Best and Van Morrison. Only minutes away from Titanic Belfast, SSE Arena and The Waterfront, the property is ideally located.

Inside you will find plenty of room to relax. The open plan living room/dining room has been refurbished to a high specification and includes modern comfortable furnishings, a smart 50inch TV, fast WiFi and plenty of USB enabled sockets.

There is a fully equipped modern kitchen to allow guests to prepare an evening meal and a washing machine with dryer.

On the first floor you will find two double bedrooms (1 King and 1 Double) with only the finest of furniture & bedding. We use hotel quality bedding to ensure you get an excellent night's sleep. Our bedroom curtains are fully blackout & thermally lined helping you achieve a great night's sleep. Our bedrooms further benefit from double sockets to each side of the bed with matching bedside lights. The sockets are equipped with USB A and USB C built in outlets.

The modern bathroom suite includes a shower over the bath. A dedicated workstation will appeal to business travellers and homeworkers. The property benefits from plenty of on street parking.

At the end of the road you will find many cafes and shops. We can recommend Binkys or Smart Café (directly opposite the premises) for coffee or lunch. Numerous fast food outlets are a short stroll away.
A Tesco express is less than a 5 minute walk away. A 5 minutes walk away you will also find the last of the famous art deco cinemas of Belfast - the Strand.
Victoria Park is located 5 minutes drive/15 minutes walk away and is a lovely circular walk around a lake. It also has a play park, basketball court, BMX track etc. All are free. It also hosts the Park run every Saturday morning.
