Ballyness Caravan Park

About

A multi award winning park on the North Coast at Bushmills, Ballyness Caravan Park has 50 fully serviced hard stand touring pitches for both touring caravans and motorhomes.

The immaculate amenity building has been recently refurbished and has central heating, free hot showers, disabled shower room, family bathroom, laundry and dishwashing area. Motorhomes are catered for with extra large pitches and a motorhome service point.

There is an outdoor children's playpark and football field, also an indoor games room, TV area, library and board games. The park has free wifi throughout.

Ballyness is the only AA 5 Gold Pennant caravan park in Northern Ireland and has been awarded a David Bellamy Gold Conservation Award for over 12 years.

Three wildlife ponds on the park are host to swans, moorhens and ducks. Hares, badgers and foxes as well as other numerous birds and creatures live around the park or visit it regularly. David Bellamy the world famous botanist has said that Ballyness has created “an exciting wildlife wonderland which is brimming with biodiversity.”

During the spring and summer months guests can hop onto the Causeway Rambler bus from the park to Carrick-a-rede Rope Bridge via the Giant’s Causeway and also to Portrush and Coleraine. This provides an excellent opportunity to see the North Coast and stop off to visit the Causeway or the Distillery en route without having to drive. Ballyness is also close to waymarked walking and cycling routes.
