This newly renovated large modern house finished to a high standard is situated 100 m from Ballycastle marina and next to restaurants, cafes and bars.

It is extremely well finished offers 6 bedrooms (4 ensuite). Includes a disabled bedroom bathroom downstairs and a separate bathroom upstairs.

Front bedrooms have views of Rathlin Island /Fair Head All modern features included WIFI, TV/DVD in bedrooms, living areas, wood burning stove. At the rear there is a very large private garden facing west with great views of Knocklayde. BBQ area, drying areas for sports/water sports gear.

Downstairs Disabled double ensuite, upstairs ensuite room 2 sets of bunks, ensuite room 1 double and 1 single, twin room, twin ensuite, double with 1 set of bunks.
