Explore the rich traditions of Chinese folk art from round silk fan painting to shadow puppetry in the Ulster Museum atrium on Saturday 25th October.
See experienced artists from the China Folk Literature & Art Association demonstrate heritage crafts such as Cloisonné, facial makeup (Lianpu) and traditional inner painting (Neihua).
Guided by the artists, you can make your own Chinese folk art souvenirs to bring home! Cut paper window flowers, draw facial masks and create shadow puppets.
