About

Step into an evening of flavour, craft, and atmosphere with Saison Dining at Titanic Distillers, in celebration of Tourism NI's Embrace a Giant Spirit October campaign.

Set within the historic Pumphouse at Thompson Dock, this one-night-only experience combines fine dining with one of Belfast's most iconic settings – where rich heritage meets modern creativity.

Your evening begins with a signature arrival cocktail, setting the tone for a relaxed yet elegant celebration of the season. Guests will then enjoy a six-course tasting menu curated by award-winning chef Gareth Crawford, showcasing the finest of Northern Ireland's autumn produce. Expect familiar flavours elevated through refined technique and a touch of imagination. Each course will be paired with three carefully selected drinks, including bespoke serves from Titanic Distillers, designed to complement and enhance the dishes.

This is more than a meal – it's a celebration of food, place, and people. The atmospheric backdrop of Titanic Distillers offers a unique opportunity to experience Belfast's history in a new way, where the craftsmanship once poured into shipbuilding now inspires carefully curated dishes and drinks.

If you have any dietary requirements please send them to bookings@titanicdistillers.com no later than 7 days prior to the event.

Please note this is a shared table event, if you have any questions please get in touch.
