About

Mark the beginning of the spring season in the tranquil setting of Castle Espie with your host, Tessa Ann from the Sound Healing Spa. Enjoy some precious me-time, or treat your loved one to this Mother's Day experience.

Overlooking the garden, ponds, and Strangford Lough, you can relax and unwind to the sounds of singing bowls, gongs, and drums, complemented by Tessa's voice and the unique calls of the local wildlife.

Light refreshments will be served afterwards, giving you time to reflect on your experience and take in the stunning surroundings. During this time, you are free to step out into the garden area next to the Graffan Room.

Things to note:
• Over 18s only
• Open to all. However, from the sound perspective, this experience is not suitable for those in the first trimester of pregnancy (under 13 weeks).
