Moody's Lock, Poyntzpass, County Armagh, BT35 6UE
IWAI Talk and Demonstration EHOD 2025

About

The Newry Portadown Branch of IWAI will present a talk celebrating the historic canal's past and what connections it can bring to the local communities in the future. Everyone is most welcome to join us on the Newry Canal Towpath at Moody's Lock in Poyntzpass as we tell you about the fascinating legacy of the canal and the continued potential it holds for future generations. This will be followed by a chance for the public to experience the canal on a selection of watercraft in a small craft rally (weather permitting).
