About

Feed Your Wellbeing Festival at Elmfield Market

Join us at Elmfield Estate on Saturday 31st August from 10am-5pm for a day filled with talks, cooking demos, guided walks, children’s activities, delicious food, live music.

Our usual Elmfield Market will be at the heart of the festival. The market brings together local food producers, artisans and wellness experts, to create an experience that realises the ethos of Elmfield Estate as a place of natural wellbeing through the power of whole foods.

The Festival will give you the opportunity to listen to experts share their knowledge on a day filled with talks on food for health, biodiversity, regenerative farming and demos to feed your wellbeing in every way. These will take the form of panel talks with producers who have made changes to their diet to benefit their health, farmers stories on changing practices in farming to produce more nutrient-dense food, guided walks and talks.

There is a programme of children's activities including, Fun with Drums workshops and engaging storytelling sessions, bird walks with gathering materials to make fat balls to take home.

There will be live music local artists for you to enjoy as you browse the market and enjoy some delicious foods from our producers and street food vendors and specialist coffee trucks.

Enjoy walks along the lakeside and through the trees of the estate.

The Feed Your Wellbeing Festival at Elmfield Market is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in wellbeing, nature, and supporting local producers. For those familiar with the market, it is an opportunity to visit Elmfield Estate once again and shop directly with your favourite producers and makers all in the one place.
