Echoes of the Wild- Sound Escapes with Tessa Ann. Step into a world where nature's symphony becomes your escape. Our 'Echoes of the Wild' sound escape offers an unparalleled experience the rejuvenates your mind and soul.

Delivered by sound artist and practitioner Tessa Ann from The Sound Spa, our session combines natural woodland soundscapes with the soothing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, gong, drum percussion and voice.

This unique experience, set in our Wild Tipi within Finnebrogue Woods, creates an auditory journey that transports you to the heart of the wilderness, providing a peaceful retreat from the stresses of modern life.

Whether you're looking to de-stress, find inspiration, or simply take a moment to yourself, our sessions offer the perfect sanctuary.

Spaces are limited to ensure a personalised experience.

Dietary Text - Tea/Coffee/Water will be available throughout the session but please bring along your own cup/bottle for refills.

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one (if you don't, Tessa will have some spare)
Bring a pillow, blanket, a bottle of water or your own flask for water / tea / coffee refills
Wear comfortable clothing.

Health Conditions: Please advise if you have any health conditions or accessibility requirements we should be aware of in advance of the session.
Please advise if you require a chair.
Do not attend if you are in the first trimester of pregnancy.
