EastSide Arts Festival celebrates its 10th birthday this summer, 4–14 August and everyone is invited!

Packed full of unique, exciting events, festival goers will enjoy music, theatre, film, literature, walks, talks & tours, comedy & cabaret, family focused and community events for all ages.

The celebrations will feature over 100 artists across more than 80 events taking place in a range of venues in east Belfast including: Strand Arts Centre, Vault Artist Studios, The Ballyhackamore Social Club, Banana Block (Portview Trade Centre), C.S. Lewis Square and many more.

With the 10th birthday celebrations in mind, here's 10 of the key events not to be missed at this year's festival:

Hot House Flowers Thursday 4 August, Banana Block, Portview Trade Centre.
OPTIMO Friday 5 August, Banana Block, Portview Trade Centre.
Park Fest, Saturday 6 August, C.S. Lewis Square & Orangefield Park.
Otter Debauchery presents Peninsula, Friday 5 August, Vault Artist Studios.
Hairspray [2007] Thursday 4 August, Strand Arts Centre.
David Hull Promotions Presents Cash Returns - The Johnny Cash & June Carter Tribute Show, Thursday 11 August, C.S. Lewis Square.
Dig with It magazine presents… New Pagans, Lemonade Shoelace and Winnie Ama Friday 12 August, C.S. Lewis Square. .
Billy Boy by Rosemary Jenkinson, Thursday 4 August, Vault Artist Studios and Friday 5 August Cultúrlann McAdam Ó Fiaich.
