About

Join us at the distillery for a seasonal feast with Chef Roy Abraham.

Enjoy 4 courses of seasonal food, 3 Shortcross serves and welcome canapes.

The distillery bar will be open from 18:00 - 23:00 for you to enjoy cocktails, wine and our signature gin and tonics or whiskey drams.

Dinner will be served from 19:00 onwards,

Assiette of Canapés on arrival

Course 1 -Shortcross citrus gin cured salmon. Pickled Rademon elderberries, lemon pueee, guiness wheaten.

Course 2 -Fish Course – Pan roasted cod loin. Broccoli puree, toasted almond, chive beurre blanc.

Course 3 – Meat Course – Braised short rib of beef. Truffle mash, parsnip puree, anaise confit carrot, roasting jus

Course 4 – Dessert Course -Pannacotta Praline, vanilla tuile, whiskey marinated strawberries.
