About
Wander through the cobbled streets and cosy cottages, decorated with wreaths, twinkling lights and the glow of braziers. Be transported back in time through your own festive memories - to when carol singers went door to door, or when homemade decorations were crafted at the kitchen table.
Warm up with cinnamon toast, roasted nuts and a slice of Christmas cake, or enjoy a mulled wine or hot toddy in the Parochial Hall (please drink responsibly). Listen to carol singers as well as a harpist, brass band and the Armagh Rhymers, who will fill the air with music and bring the town to life!
Try your hand at traditional crafts from willow star making to creating decorations at our family-friendly craft stations. In the Picture House, settle in for Christmas films from the silent era, or listen to festive stories told by the fireside. Across the town, you can say hello to our donkeys, pick up some handmade decorations for sale in the Gift Shop, and meet our makers keeping traditions alive. There might even be snow!
Wrap up warm, put your phone on silent, and embrace the nostalgia of a traditional Christmas at the Ulster Folk Museum.
