About

Presenting a programme of traditional arts encompassing a diverse, cross cultural and cross traditions celebration in honour of St Patrick, who is now widely accepted as a common Christian saint who crossed the ford at the Farset river and made his way through what is now the Cathedral Quarter to establish the "Church of St. Patrick of the White Ford" which later became known as "The Old Church" or Shankill.

The range of free and ticketed events celebrate the very best of our traditional arts and include concerts, céilís, displays, taster sessions, workshops, outdoor music stages and more.

The range of free and ticketed events celebrate the very best of our traditional arts, with a stellar line-up including Afro Celt Sound System, Cara Dillon, Festival Village, McGoldrick, McCusker & Doyle, Máirtín O'Connor, Zoë Conway and 100-piece Cross-Border Folk Orchestra conducted by Michael Rooney, RÓIS, Pipe Band Extravaganza, Piaras Ó Lorcáin & Jack Warnock, all-day Céilí, Workshops, Solo Highland Piping Competition, Belfast Schools' Traditional Music Performance, St. Patrick's Pilgrimage and much more. Some events are already on sale with more announcements to come.
