About

The Waterfront Hall is one of Northern Ireland’s leading entertainment venues located right in the heart of Belfast City Centre.

First opening its doors in 1997, it came at a turning point in the history of city and has since gone on to host some of the most iconic names to visit Belfast, including Neil Diamond, One Direction, Blondie, Robert Plant, The Beach Boys, Bjork, Bryan Adams and our very own Van Morrison and Snow Patrol.

Designed by local architects Robinson McIlwaine, the venue features a 2,250-seat main auditorium which is inspired by the Berlin Philharmonic Concert Hall, and a 500-seat minor hall, hosting a wide range of events including concerts, theatre, exhibitions, conferences, and orchestral performances. It's a key part of Belfast's cultural and economic resurgence, symbolizing the city's vibrant atmosphere.

The Waterfront Hall is accessible – for full details of their accessibility features, see The Waterfront Hall | AccessAble
