About

Siopa An Carn is widely respected as a tasteful gift shop specialising in traditional and contemporary Irish crafts and gifts.

Originally established by Carntogher Community Association in January 2007 to promote the work of craft people and artists from all over Ireland, Siopa An Carn is now a successful business in its own right.

Siopa An Carn also stocks a huge range of books in Irish & English, bilingual greeting cards, children’s games, teaching material, Irish language gifts and much more. While the shop itself is open 7 days a week, you can also order online from our website

Situated at the foot of the Carntogher Mountain, two miles outside Maghera, County Derry, Siopa An Carn has become popular with both the local community and tourists alike.
