About

A diverse woodland where the existing trails have been developed to create a series of magical trails through Pomeroy Forest, featuring 18 nature-based sculptures that can be used as an interactive play experience, and an immersive nature trail that showcases the flora and fauna of the forest.

The Renardine trail made up of a Nursery Trail (1km) and a Fairytale Trail (2.2km) is now a children’s magical storybook adventure trail with iconic sculptures, interactive fun/art pieces and natural inclusive play areas. 

The Grace Drennan EcoTrail (2.4km) is an educational nature trail with signage displaying information about flora and fauna and ecology.  There has also been an upgrade to the current trail signage to encourage confident exploration of the forest.

An impressive new visitor centre at Pomeroy Forest serves as a shared community building and offers a large multi-use space, complete with retractable seating for approximately 150 people, two multi-purpose rooms, a coffee dock area, toilets, changing facilities and kitchen.
