This special hotel is home to a whiskey flights programme to help you discover a world of extraordinary variety – of styles, ages, finishes and flavours. You’ll also get to explore distilleries and regions, and meet some of the remarkable personalities who share this passion. A selection of 11 whiskey flights ensures there’s a flight for you. Each flight is a four flight serve with 15ml of each whiskey.

Tour our cask warehouse, draw your own complimentary cask sample of Carnlough Irish Whiskey straight from the cask and return to our chamber for a sample of Outwalker or Limavady Irish Whiskey.
