The Ulsterville dates from the early 1900’s and under the vision of local craftsmen and conservationists has undergone a transformative renaissance, restoring and replenishing the legacy of the original building.

Each apartment has been lovingly and tastefully decorated and features Smart TV compatible with all streaming services. A fully equipped kitchen ensures you can dine in as well as out.  Apartment conveniences include fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave.

We have 2 complimentary private car parks onsite for our guests use only.

Situation in the Queens Quarter, just off the bustling Lisburn Road where luxurious boutique shopping and award winning restaurants vie for your attention. The elegant Queens University building and leafy Botanic Park houseing the Ulster Museum are a few minutes stroll from your hub to explore our vibrant city.
