The Stay at 49 offers cosy and welcoming accommodation in Castledawson on the banks of the River Moyola.  This countryside property is conveniently located in Mid Ulster - the perfect location to explore the local area.  

The two bedroom appartment offers 2 double rooms, a shared bathroom and a family friendly living area with a flat screen TV and a fully fitted self catering kitchen.  Offering access to a terrace, private parking and WiFi, the 2 bedroom property is non-smoking and located on the ground floor 

We are a located a 5 minute drive to Seamus Heaney Homeplace, 35 minute drive to Belfast, 1 hour drive to Derry, Portrush, Portstewart and Giant's Causeway and close to all Game of Thrones® Territory.   The renowed Moyola Golf club is situated a short 5 minute drive away
