The Old School

About

This unique, recently renovated Old School offers a peaceful and quiet countryside escape. Situated on the banks of the Ballinamallard River this historic building has stood for over 140 years. It comfortably accommodates 4 people in 2 double bedrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) in this fully equipped self-catering gem. It’s only 5 minutes to Enniskillen and 2 minutes by car to the nearest convenience shop.

The Old School has been lovingly refurbished to a high modern standard while retaining original features like exposed stonework and beams to maintain its character and charm. It comes equipped with washer, dryer, TV, DVD player, ironing facilities, hairdryer, linen and towels and complimentary tea and coffee. The modern country feel kitchen has everything you’ll need to cook up a storm after a day exploring all the beauty County Fermanagh has to offer. There’s a dining table and chairs from which to enjoy your culinary masterpiece and a recliner sofa to lie back in and relax the evening away, in-front of the electric coal effect stove.
The Old School has pram / wheelchair level access to the ground floor living area.
There is a travel cot, highchair and charcoal BBQ* available on request. There is ample car parking in-front and to the side of the Old School which will easily accommodate 2 cars.

You are spoilt for choice being so close to Lough Erne where you can enjoy the many water activities, outdoor pursuits, local attractions or escape to the nearby counties of Donegal Cavan or Sligo.
Pack up the car and we look forward to welcoming you at the Old School.
