A former National School property, The Old School House Bed and Breakfast offers a comfortable and homely base from which to enjoy Northern Ireland’s own Lake District, the Fermanagh Lakelands.

Situated in Killadeas (off the A47), 7 miles from Enniskillen and 2.5 miles from Irvinestown, The Old Schoolhouse B&B is close to the Lower Lough Erne shoreline for those wishing to fish or indulge in water sports and sunsets, and is conveniently located to facilitates at Necarne, Enniskillen Yatch Club, Manor House Marine, Manor House Hotel and Tickety Moo Ice Cream.

A short drive will take you to the Castle Archdale and Castle Caldwell Forest Parks (part of Fermanagh’s UNESCO Global Geopark - Marble Arch Caves) or to Fermanagh’s ‘Stairway to Heaven’ or Magho viewpoint; a ten-minute drive takes you into Enniskillen (Ireland’s only Island town) where there is no shortage of things to see, do, taste and enjoy! And for those who cannot resist its call, forty minutes takes you to the sea!

Originally a two classroom National School, Guests relax and dine in what were originally room of learning! The Lounge, Dining Room and Bedrooms are decorated to celebrate nature and Northern/ Irish literature, art and craft.

The property has Outdoor Seating for observing the quiet of a rural countryside.
