Swallow Lane

Number 4 Swallow Lane is an impressive, exclusive use property in the suburbs of Enniskillen, providing the perfect accommodation for a luxury break in Co. Fermanagh and an ideal base for exploring neighbouring counties like Donegal, Sligo and Cavan as well as further afield.

This superb, modern, semi-detached two-storey house is a rare gem, surrounded by fields, yet only two miles from the centre of Ireland’s only island-town. Three stylish bedrooms comfortably sleep up to seven people in a mix of king, double and single beds dressed in superior quality linen. Two sleek bathrooms upstairs feature and opulent slipper bath and showers. Downstairs, the chic reception room boasts a wood burning stove and 50” Smart TV with DVD player, as well as superior quality furnishings. Double doors lead into the well-lit dining area and very well equipped kitchen with Belfast Sink and granite worktop, dishwasher, American Fridge Freezer with ice machine and filtered water, microwave, coffee machine and impressive gas/electric range style cooker.

A downstairs bathroom and granite-topped utility room with washing machine complete the interior offer.

A picnic table outside entices guests to enjoy alfresco dining, whilst private off-road parking at the rear provides ample space for two or three cars. Hi-speed unlimited Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the house.
