Sunnyside cottage is a 3 bedroom cottage set in the heart of County Down, a short 10 minute drive from Crossgar, Ballynahinch and Downpatrick.

The Cottage was renovated in 2008 to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay for the perfect self catering accommodation. Central heating, feature fireplace with wood burning stove, TV/DVD player, radio/cd player, cooker/microwave, dishwasher/tumble dryer, fridge/freezer. Upstairs rooms consist of a double with TV and Twin room both with ensuite. Downstairs has a utility room, a W.C, a kitchen for cooking and dining is spacious. Good family size living room with adjoining games room and a single downstairs bedroom with ensuite, cot, highchair and stair gates available, bed linen supplied. Shaver point in all ensuites. Hair dryer in each bedroom. Child friendly, outside enclosed patio with garden furniture and barbecue area, good parking and welcome pack provided. No smoking inside the cottage. Free WiFi available.

Sunnyside Cottage is in a rural location, but has easy access to shops, visitor information, post office, restaurant and bars, fishing, golf, a blue flag beach at Tyrella, leisure centres, swimming pool, cycling, sailing and water sports, horse riding (Castleward and Rowallane National trust).

Down County Museum and Steam Railway, Quoile Countryside centre and Delamont Country Park, St Patricks Heritage centre and grave all close by. Ideally located, Sunnyside Cottage has excellent access to major road network for visiting Belfast, Lisburn or the rest of Northern Ireland.
