Seabirds Portballintrae

About

With stunning sea views, this beautifully presented townhouse sleeps four and has everything required for a wonderful holiday in the delightful seaside village of Portballintrae.

There are two bedrooms on the ground floor (one king, one twin). Both bedrooms have built in double wardrobes and large drawers. The king bedroom has patio doors leading onto the back garden.
The downstairs bathroom has a bath and separate shower. There is a large heated towel rail and touch screen mirror.

Upstairs there is a kitchen/living room with patio doors opening out on to a balcony and spectacular views overlooking Runkerry Beach and Bushfoot Golf Club. The well equipped kitchen is modern and has everything you may need, with granite worktops, an American fridge/freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.

Upstairs there is also a second toilet and wash hand basin.

At the front of the house there is off-street parking for two cars and at the back there is a private patio area with table and chairs. The house is situated in a cul-de-sac and is quiet and safe.

Oil fired central heating, electricity and gas are all included. Fast broadband connection is also included.

The house itself is only five minutes walk to Bushfoot Golf Course and the Portballintrae beaches and sand dunes. There are lovely picturesque walks to the Giant's Causeway (particularly one round by the headland which is my favourite). Royal Portrush Golf Club is a ten minute drive away.

This really is an ideal location to explore the fabulous north coast and all that it has to offer. The Giant's Causeway, Bushmills Distillery, Dunluce Castle, Portrush, White Rocks, Portstewart Strand, Carrick-a-rede Rope Bridge, Ballintoy, Whitepark Bay, The Dark Hedges, Ballycastle and Rathlin Island (with the famous puffins) are all an easy drive and all worthy of a visit. Game of Thrones fans will have a ball!

This is a non smoking house.
