About

The ‘Portrush penthouse’ is a stylish apartment. It is is self-contained on the second floor. It is accessed via 2 flights of stairs.
The kitchen is modern and fully fitted including a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer and all the important dishwasher!
The spacious living room area is equipped with a smart TV. Both bedrooms also benefit with TVs and free Wi-Fi
The apartment sleeps up to 6 people, with a) king size bedroom and b) 2 x single beds and c) the option of additional double sofa bed in the living room. A travel cot is also available on request – this should be requested before arrival.
There is one main bathroom with usual facilities including a walk in shower as well as a bath – particularly useful for young families!
What’s included:
A COVID care pack, sun loungers, crisp hotel quality bedding, toiletries, towels, standard kitchen utensils, tea and coffee, an iron, airer and a hair dryer.
Dish washer tablets, fairy liquid, disposable dish and drying cloths will also be left.
Access to the apartment block and the apartment (no. 4) is via keypads.

On street parking is available outside and has no time restrictions, however on busy times spaces may not be available. There is a large free carpark located on Dunluce Avenue just around the corner.
