My home is set in a quiet cul-de-sac, (with free on-street parking available) yet just 10 minutes walk to the city centre, Fortified City Walls, Guildhall square, Peace Bridge, Bogside area and lots more! Derry is a very historical city, full of culture, fun and friendly people, great Bars, Top Class Award winning Restaurants, great Shops, and lots of activities on offer.The beautiful beaches of Donegal are just 15 minutes away!
Private Attic Room with ensuite bathroom.
1 double bed - £35 per night for 2 people.
Sofa bed for up to 2 people is an extra £12 per person per night. Please let me know at the time of booking if you require the sofabed.
Due to stairs up to the attic room, my home may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties or certain health conditions.
NB: Cooked Breakfast is not included, however there are tea/coffee making facilities in the bedroom with biscuits/breakfast rolls. A microwave is also available. Cafes are within 5-10 minutes walking distance and are open early in the morning.
I can help with transport to & from City of Derry Airport for a small fee, if required.
Where possible, I can collect guests from Bus/Train Depot (free of charge) (Not available at the moment due to covid regulations).
I have a small dog at home. He is confined to the downstairs area and will not be in contact with guests.
