Welcome to your stylish retreat in the heart of East Belfast- Laxey place! This newly decorated 3-bedroom maisonette offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and urban charm. A 15-minute bus journey / 10-minute drive from the city centre. 6 minute drive / 22 minute walk to Belfast City Airport. Suitable for up to 6 guests.

• 3 Cozy Bedrooms: Sleep soundly in our beautifully furnished bedrooms, each with comfy bedding so you get your good nights sleep. All rooms have blackout curtains or blackout blinds. 
- King room, Includes a desk/vanity, mirror, bedside tables and wardrobe. 
- Double room. Includes a mirror , bedside tables, and open hanging storage rail. 
- Room with two single beds. Includes bedside table and open hanging storage rail.

• 2 Bathrooms: Enjoy the choice of 2 bathrooms during your stay. We’ve included LED touch light & Bluetooth connectable mirrors so you can listen to music while you relax. Both have coloured mood lighting. On the first floor there is a shower room with a toilet. On the second floor you can find the bathroom with a toilet. 

• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook up a storm in the kitchen featuring all the essentials, plus a dining area ideal for family meals or casual breakfasts! The table is extendable to cater for the needs of your family. 

• Private car parking space: A single car parking space is available directly outside the premises , so no need to worry about on the street parking! However, free on street parking is also available. Giving consideration to neighbours. 

• Accessibility : Once you gain access to the property there are stairs leading up to the first floor where you will find the shower room, king room, and living room kitchen. There are then additional stairs leading to the second floor to the twin room, double room and bathroom. There is no stairlift / elevator in the property. There is a hand rail.
