This cottage has been tastefully renovated to a high standard. Two bathrooms, towels provided.
Oak flooring throughout. 5 Beds which sleeps 7 persons. Bedroom 1 – king-size, bedroom 2 - double, bedroom 3 – 2 single beds, bedroom 4 – 1 single bed.

Sky TV and Freeview available along with games. Free off road parking. Large garden with apple trees and nuttery (hazel). Unguided nature trails, with private fairy forest which has a stream. Ideal for picnics. Suntrap patio area with seating, BBQ set available.

Across from cottage playing fields, footballs available. Acton village has beautiful views of the countryside, walk to the towpath, which is popular with cyclists, runners and walkers. Cycle hire in Scarva. Acton countryside is a great place to practice Mindfulness.

Acton is just 10 mins from Banbridge, 20 minutes from Newry, 1 mile from Poyntzpass. Poyntzpass boasts Rices Restaurant, Banbridge has retail outlet Boulevard. Poyntzpass has a historical society so if you are looking for ancestors contact Helena in the coffee shop "Petty Sessions".
