About

Our pods are named Rose (with full glass front offering superb views of Thrasna River), Thady and Oiney. Thady and Rose can comfortably sleep 2 adults and 2 children while Oiney can accommodate up to 6 persons.

Thady and Rose have ensuite facilities with toilet, shower and wash hand basin (mixer taps have instant hot water). Oiney is located a few metres away from our reception building which contains shower and toilet facilities. All three pods are fully electric, well insulated and contain a mobile electric radiator. Each also has a number of USB points. Our reception building contains shower and toilet facilities for use by berth holders and overnight guests.

You can fish from the jetty or hire our day boat. You are welcome to bring your own boat/jet ski but we need prior notice.

Sleeping arrangements:

Thady and Rose contain a double bed and sofa bed (which converts to a double bed). Oiney has a double bed, a double sofa bed and 2 bunk beds. Bed linen and towels for 2 persons are supplied as standard.

Cooking:

Pods are equipped with crockery, cutlery, tea pot and camping utensils such as barbecue tongs and a gas lighter. We also have a microwave, mini fridge and kettle (additional equipment such as toasters, cafetière, hair dryer available upon request). There is a fire pit/BBQ with each pod (don’t forget your firewood). Some customers prefer to bring a disposable BBQ and use the BBQ as a base. Each pod has it’s own large picnic table.

There is a welcome pack which includes complimentary tea and coffee and an information pack which gives some details on the local area, details of the nearest shops etc.

The veranda has a table and 2 chairs however additional folding chairs for outside use are available. Lots of outdoor space, privacy with car park nearby.
