City Resorts - Capital Apartment

52 Wellington Park, Belfast, Co Antrim, BT9 6DP
City Resorts - Capital Apartment

About

This very spacious two bedroom/two bathroom apartment is perfectly located for a stay in one of the most fashionable areas of Belfast. Situated on Wellington Park, it is handy for all of the restaurants, bars and 'buzz' of Lisburn Road and it is just five minutes walk to Botanic Park, the Ulster Museum and Queen's University.

The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, master bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and ensuite bathroom and a second bedroom which is another good sized double room. The tastefully furnished lounge has leather suite, solid wood flooring, good size flat screen TV with DVD and complimentary fast and reliable WiFi.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped and there is private onsite parking for guest vehicles if required. The ground floor option also has an outside private enclosed patio area which is part decked and covered and part paved. It is just perfect for youngsters to play outdoors in safety (an option often lacking with apartment living) and also great for barbecues and relaxing outside.
