This is a beautiful house with fabulous views over the North Atlantic. The house is a two minute drive from Downhill Beach which is a seven mile stretch of golden sand. It is one of the most scenic beaches in Ireland and one of the longest in Europe.

The property has three bedrooms on ground level which comfortably sleeps six. On this level there is also a utility room and wet room, ideal for a seaside location. Upstairs is open plan living which includes kitchen, dining area and sitting area. The sitting area has uninterrupted sea views and a beautiful wood burning stove. You can also capture the most amazing sunsets over the Donegal coast. Outside there is an elevated terrace which is perfect for outside entertaining.
