About

Carraig Lodge Castlerock (sleeping up to 6) is a luxury modern vacation rental bungalow, set in its own attractive grounds.  It is available for use throughout the year on a weekly basis.  This vacation home is conveniently located in the tranquil seaside village of Castlerock where we aim to offer our guests the very best in 5* (Tourism NI certified) self-catering accommodation.

Externally, there is generous off-road parking for guests, while the fully enclosed extensive rear patio provides an ideal area in which to relax, BBQ  or dine al frescomaking us of the garden furniture and BBQ facilities available.

Internally, we have furnished and equipped our holiday home to exceedingly high standards, and hope that we can provide both the comfort and ‘home from home’ atmosphere that will satisfy even our most discerning guests.

Castlerock is located on the scenic Causeway Coastal Route within an AONB along Northern Ireland's magnificent North Coast. It makes an ideal base from which to explore this stunning area, for scenic walks, fishing, golfing, surfing, or simply relaxing. The beautiful Castlerock beach, Mussenden Temple, Downhill Demesne, and Hezlett House are all within walking distance. Local Tourist attractions such as The Giant's Causeway, Carrick-A-Rede Rope Bridge, Bushmills Distillery, and Dunluce Castle are a short drive away, as is The Foyle Ferry (seasonal) at Magilligan, which gives easy access to County Donegal.

There is a limited range of shops, ever popular coffee shops, interesting food takeaway provision and pub/restaurants in the village.  A wider range of shops and entertainment is available in nearby Coleraine, a 10-minute drive away. Most local amenities such as tennis courts, children's play area, golf, promenade, and beach are within walking distance, including Castlerock Railway Station, which is on the main Londonderry/Derry to Belfast line.

THIS IS A 3 BEDROOM PROPERTY: 1 TWIN, 1 DOUBLE AND 1 DOUBLE EN SUITE AND SLEEPS UP TO 6 GUESTS + 1 TODDLER.
