Bramley House is located perfectly in the centre of Loughbrickland village, and is walkable to all its amenities. The coffee shop, traditional pub and restaurant, grocery store with wine shop, post office, pharmacy, petrol station, hairdresser, doctors, village children's play, Whytes woodland walkway and the bus stops to Belfast and Dublin, are all just minutes from its doorstep and is the perfect base for travelling throughout Ireland. The house offers five spacious luxury bedrooms, four bathrooms, sleeping up to 10 people. The property features 3 reception rooms and a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining utility room. A hotel size elevator provides access to the first floor bedrooms and bathrooms and wet room, for those who do not use stairs, making Bramley House a perfect destination for multigenerational families and anyone with mobility issues.

Built within the grounds of a beautiful 17th century walled garden, guests can enjoy the outdoors with the old walls now providing complete privacy for its guests to wine and dine in peace and comfort on the patio dining areas and for children and grandchildren to play safely on the grassed garden. Its large electric gate to the street front closes off the property completely, providing peace of mind for families.

There are numerous beautiful destinations nearby and golf courses galore to choose from, the closest is only 2 miles away. The Game of Thrones studio tour, the Boulevard ( Ireland’s largest outlet Shopping Mall) are just minutes from the village. The majestic Mourne mountains, famous for its incredible hikes and views, charming Carlingford are a short distance away, Dublin, The Giant's Causeway, Titanic Belfast easy reachable day trips...returning to Bramley House with family and friends for evening dinner together.
