91 Charles Street South is situated in the South side of Belfast, in a quiet area just off Great Victoria Street. Approximately 200 metres from the city centre, you can easily walk into the centre of Belfast in around 5 minutes and this proximity to Belfast City Centre is one of the big attractions of this property.

Ground Floor: Consists of two rooms: Living/dining room & separate kitchen, the living/dining room has a dining table to accommodate 6 people and a lounge area ideal for relaxing in, with flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances. At the rear of the property there is a small outside space with table & 2 chairs suitable for smokers.

First Floor: Consists of one double bedroom which contains a double bed and amply storage including a double wardrobe. Next door is a large bathroom with thermostatic shower over the bath.

Second Floor: Consists of two further bedrooms, one which has a double bed and single bed, the second with single bed again with variety of storage including double wardrobe, all bedroom’s benefit from blackout blinds.

Parking is free outside when available but please note this is a busy city centre location. There is pay and display parking in a nearby street and a huge multi-storey car park nearby but it should be noted that there are restrictions on the main roads in the area, please check the signs before leaving your car unattended.

The Europa Buscentre (beside the Europa Hotel) has direct links to both airports - George Best Belfast City Airport and Belfast international Airport and it is a 2 minute walk from the property. The bus station also services the main towns of Northern Ireland and of course Dublin in the Irish Republic. There are 2 main railway stations, firstly the Great Victoria Street station and also a Belfast Lanyon Place where you can catch the famous ‘enterprise’ service to Dublin.
