Road Directions

The house was originally an active farm surrounded with farmland, and has retained its character. It is located 6 miles North of Belfast with nearby convenient stores (Tesco, Spar). Whilst on the same land as our main house, there is a separate entrance to the accommodation, with its own driveway and garden. Once through the lane, pass the black gate and the sheds on your right hand side, then pull in to the driveway alongside the accommodation.

Public Transport Directions

Stay in Newtownabbey and enjoy the proximity of Belfast (accessible within 15-20 min by the Upper Hightown Road, the Antrim Road or the M2 motorway), whilst staying at the edge of the countryside. The nearest town includes a wide variety of fast foods, restaurants, takeaways, cafés, a cinema, library and shops. Belfast International Airport is 11 miles away, and Belfast City Airport 10 miles. We are also close to bus stops with plenty of buses to take you to Belfast City centre (Titanic Museum, Black Taxi tours, bars and restaurants, the SSE Arena, St George Market etc). Taxi fares to Belfast City Centre vary from £12-£15 depending on time of the day. We recommend you come with a car, although bus 1E (to and from Belfast City Centre) comes every 30min on weekdays (ever hour during weekends) to the nearest bus stop, which is located 12min walk from the house. All the other buses No 1 & 2 (to and from Belfast City Centre) stop in Glengormley, but you need to allow 25-30min walk.
