Beautiful panoramic sea views extending to Donegal with its range of sunsets, as well as including views of Portstewart, Benone and Downhill beaches and the Mussenden Temple from both ground and first floor levels of the house including the front garden.

Also centrally located being only a three minute walk from the promenade, but yet in a quiet location with secure off street parking/front garden.

Three bedroom furnished house comprising front porch/conservatory, lounge with smart TV, dining/snug (wood burner), kitchen, bathroom (with bath and electric shower) and three double bedrooms (one en suite with electric shower).

Contents include free Wifi, oil central heating, fridge/freezer, dish washer, washing machine, cooker, microwave, bed linen and reasonable use of electricity.

External secure dry store suitable for canoes, kayak, fishing gear, bicycles and the like. A welcome pack is provided to help you relax on arrival comprising tea, coffee and sugar sachets, milk and sample biscuit packets.

The property is in a central location for exploring the North Coast, including the Giant's Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede rope bridge, Bushmills Distillery, Ballycastle, Derry~Londonderry and Donegal as well as a three to five minute walk to the harbour with its sight seeing boats trips to Rathlin Island as well as for sea fishing.

Portstewart is known as a favourite holiday resort as well as a locals gathering area with numerous cafes and ice cream parlours including the famous Morelli's ice cream and coffee restaurant. Coleraine town is approximately three miles away and is well known as a good shopping town.

No smoking permitted in the house, with full fire alarm installation installed.
Pets are generally not permitted. Booking deposit/holding deposit of £150 refunded within five working days of departure based on house left generally as found. Full (weekly) charge payable in advance.
