ArDrum is a Grade Two listed vernacular farmhouse located In an idyllic location on the Fermanagh/Donegal border surrounded by stunning rolling hills and forests with wide, uninterrupted views at the end of its own private lane. Fully equipped to the highest standards with a beautiful hand made wooden kitchen with traditional range cooker. Dual aspect lounge with cosy log burner to relax in front of. Luxury bathroom with stand alone roll top bath for soaking in plus a separate shower. Upstairs has two beautiful bedrooms – a romantic double plus a twin room along with a small WC. Large laundry room plus boot room. Piles of private outside space to enjoy. Ideal retreat in a unique luxurious historical dwelling that features a fabulous wildflower meadow on the roof of the original byres. Easy access to the larger cities as well as the local lakes for water sports and hikes along the Ulster Way. Environmentally friendly with underfloor heating keeps traditional flagstones warm underfoot, solar panels, wood burners, plus air source heat pump and its own water supply.
