About

The house has secured car parking with room for 2 cars to park at the side of the house. The House is suitable for 6 adults /3 double beds.

It has a top bedroom with kingsized bed and ensuite and a balcony with partial views of Portrush and the West strand. There is also a second bedroom with a double bed. The second floor has a double bed with an ensuite bathroom and over the bath shower. It also has another bedroom with a double bed and a Lounge with TV to relax in. Ground floor has a TV room and adjourning kitchen and eating area with a table and six chairs There is a washing machine and toilet also downstairs with access to a paved garden area and decking area which gets the sun all day to relax in.

The house acts as an excellent base to walk to Royal Portrush Golf club (5 minutes walk) and to drive (15 minutes) to the North Antrim coast with the Giant's Causeway, Old Bushmills Distillery, Ballintoy Harbour (Games of Thrones® filming location), Carrick-a rede rope bridge and the town of Ballycastle further along the coast with daily access to Rathlin island by boat weather permitting. The Dark Hedges are also worth a visit which is near the Armoy/Ballymoney area
