Positioned behind the Marine Hotel, it is part of a small group of apartments with its own private car park, accessed by a pass-code controlled security gate. It is a luxury three bedroom apartment available for holiday let beside seafront facilities. Shops, cafes and restaurants are a short walk away.

Three bedroomed apartment sleeps six. Luxuriously decorated to a high standard. Open plan spacious kitchen, living and dining area. Kitchen contains all associated modern appliances including dishwasher microwave and large fridge freezer. Bathroom contains a bath and electric shower.
Utility room has a separate toilet and combined washer/drier.

Three separate storage rooms allows generous space for holiday accessories. Double patio doors lead to a front patio.

Ballycastle is the perfect central location from which to organise day trips.
Go west along the Causeway coast to Kinbane castle, Carrickarede Ropebridge, Ballintoy, Dunseverick, Portbraddon, the Giant's Causeway and Bushmills Distillery.
Go east through the picturesque Glens of Antrim. Visit the villages of Cushendun, Cushendall and Carnlough en-route. Glenariffe Forest Park, Ballypatrick Forest Drive and Watertop farm offer enjoyment for all the family.
Go north by boat to Mull of Kintyre, Sanda Island and Rathlin Island. Rathlin Island has a bird sanctuary and a colony of seals which can be visited by taking the bus trip around the island.
By car visit Fairhead, Murlough Bay, Torr head for breath-taking views of the north Antrim coast.
