About

SkiffieFest - the Strangford Lough Water Sports Festival returns for 2025 from 31 May - 01 June.

Organised by Down Coastal Rowing Association in association with Newry, Mourne and Down District Council, this popular event will include a 2 day St. Ayles Skiff Regatta with teams from across Northern Ireland competing over the 2k course, as well as international competitors.

There will be a variety of locally produced food and drink vendors on site, as well as live music and other land and water based events to offer fun for the whole family.

Down Community Transport will provide a minibus shuttle service from Delamont Country Car Park down to the event - don't miss it!

This is a free event taking place at the Lough Shore, Delamont Country Park however there is a car park charge into the park. Find out more about the park here
