No 5 Vicars' Hill EHOD 2025

5 Vicars' Hill, Armagh, County Armagh, BT61 7ED
No. 5 Vicars Hill

About

No 5 Vicars' Hill was built as part of Achbishop Richard Robinson's plan for Armagh. The Archbishop was the founder of Armagh Robinson Library and had both buildings designed by the architect, Thomas Cooley. No 5 is also a fine example of a past structure of architectural importance. Built to house diocesan records, the LIbrary has re-purposed the building, enabling it to show example of the Library's collections of coins, prints, medals and coins in a fine 18th century setting. It looks like a dwelling house from the outside but anything but when you walk in.
