SeaBreeze is a 20-minute walk (3 minutes by car) from the famous Blue Flag Portstewart Strand and Promenade with its wide array of independent shops and restaurants.

For golfers, Portstewart’s Championship golf links is a 2-minute drive from the house and the world renowned Royal Portrush Golf Club which will host the upcoming British Open in 2025 is only ten minutes away.

The bustling university town of Coleraine and the Riverside Theatre are less than a 5-minute drive from the property.

The house itself is located only a two-minute walk from a Tesco supermarket, a playpark for children of all abilities and the Flowerfield Arts Centre.

With SeaBreeze as your base, you are only a short drive from the world-famous UNESCO site at the Giants Causeway, the Bushmills Distillery, the Dark Hedges, Dunluce Castle, Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge and the beautiful seaside town of Ballycastle from where you can take the short ferry crossing to Rathlin Island.

The property is also less than half an hour’s drive from the scenic beaches at Castlerock and Downhill where you can enjoy a visit to Mussenden Temple/Downhill Castle or take the ferry ride to Donegal a few miles along the coast road at Magilligan Point.

This bright and airy house has three bedrooms all located on the first floor - the master bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has a super king size bed which can be set up as twin beds at your request and the third bedroom contains a single and trundle bed.

On the ground floor, you'll find a comfortable and spacious open plan space incorporating living, dining and kitchen areas leading to an adjoining sunroom which opens directly into the enclosed west-facing garden which makes the most of the evening sun.

The ground floor also benefits from its own day toilet and wash hand basin.

High Speed Broadband and Wi-Fi are available throughout the house.

Bed linen and towels are provided for guests.

Complimentary Tea/Coffee with fresh home baking and other essentials are provided to get your trip started.

The house is fully equipped including a Smart TV, Washing Machine, Tumbler Dryer, Dishwasher and Microwave.

The mainline bus and train station to Belfast and Londonderry is located only three miles from the house and a very regular local bus service covering the North Coast and Coleraine is within a few metres of the front door.
