Located in a rural setting between Portadown and Gilford on one road and Lurgan and Gilford on another.

The property has 4 large modern bedrooms, one king sized with en suite, a further two king-sized and one double rooms and single bed . A spacious family bathroom with a free standing bath and shower and a further downstairs shower room.

The kitchen, dining and living area with a large sunroom is open plan with plenty of light flooding the area. Guests also have access to a further two living /family/dining room areas as well as spacious south facing patio area. The home is located on a rural elevated site (Knocknamuckly means ‘The hill of the pig’) with stunning views of the rolling County Armagh countryside and overlooking orchards.

There is double sided multi fuel stove between the kitchen/living area and the spacious sunroom and brings a homely warmth for those cosy nights in.

All modern audio vision, high speed internet both wireless and wired for each room The spacious and bright hall with a vaulted ceiling is welcoming for the whole family and friends alike. The main living area is south facing with spacious outside area.The outside front area is stone surfaced at present so may not be suitable for some guests.

Whilst this is ideal for Family gatherings its use a a party house is not permitted.
