The property is detached and a five minute walk from Portstewart Promenade with its coffee and craft shops. A 2 mile long sandy beach is a 20 minute walk away. 

The home sleeps seven with two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds and another with one bed which can extend to a king size. There are bathrooms on both floors. 

The lounge has a wood burning stove and television. A snug at the rear of the property opens on to a secluded garden.
