Refurbished in 2013, Armagh City Youth Hostel is located in the heart of Armagh City and offers modern, comfortable and high quality budget accommodation. Conveniently located in Armagh City Centre, adjacent to Saint Patrick’s Church of Ireland Cathedral, the hostel provides the ideal location to explore the Ancient Cathedral City of Armagh.

The relaxed atmosphere and friendly welcome of Armagh City Youth Hostel makes it perfect for independent travellers, groups and families who seek a cultural break in historic Armagh. All the main city attractions are within a comfortable walking distance including two impressive cathedrals of St Patrick. Armagh City has a lot to offer all age groups and interests including the world renowned Armagh Planetarium, Armagh County Museum, the Mall, the Market Place Theatre hosting an exciting and varied programme of arts and cultural events, a state of the art cinema and a selection of boutiques, shops and weekly Shambles market to keep the avid shopper happy.

The Opening Times are as follows:

April-October (Inclusive)
Check out: Before 10.30 am
Check in: 4.00 pm – 9.30 pm.
The hostel is closed between 11.00 am and 4.00 pm and we kindly ask guests to vacate the premises during these times.
November-March (Inclusive)
The hostel is open only for group bookings of above 20 people per night and for certain events. Group enquiries should be made by email to info@armaghyouthhostel.com
