About

The home is a heritage property in Armagh City Centre that was fully renovated and furnished in 2025. It is a two-story home right in the heart of it all. You can see St. Patrick's Cathedral from the front windows (and hear the church bells) and the home is within walking distance to all of the pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, stores, cinema, theatre, and other local amenities.

Past the entry hall with an open living, dining, and lounge space. There is ample seating for guests, and the room includes a HD smart TV with access to all of your entertainment apps (log-ins will be wiped at checkout for guests' security). This area also features a bluetooth-enabled vinyl record player, an assortment of vinyl records from Irish artists, an array of games for all ages, and selected books.

There is a fully-equipped kitchen with a 4-burner gas cooktop, a gas oven, a combo washer/dryer, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, and a full-stocked coffee and tea station with a brand-new high-end Philips automatic drink maker, electric kettle, and all the fixings for hot chocolate.

There are two full bathrooms. The bathroom downstairs features a clawfoot soaking tub with vintage details and an oversized ceramic pedestal sink. The upstairs bathroom features a large walk-in spa shower with a showstopping fully stone wash basin.

The property includes two full bedrooms. The smaller bedroom features a bunkbed that sleeps three guests (it is a single bed over a double bed). This bedroom is designed for both kids and kids-at-heart with a modern elevated Lego theme. The larger bedroom boasts an ultra-comfy king-size bed and view of St. Patrick's Cathedral. This bedroom also has three full windows so it is flooded with light (though all windows also have blackout blinds for privacy and sleep). Both bedrooms include a small wardrobe for clothes as well as a clothing rail and hangers.

The back garden is fully-enclosed and includes a bench as well as a small bistro table and chairs.
