Spring Equinox Sunrise Walk and Yoga

About

Join us on Thursday 20th March as we mark the spring equinox at sunrise in the tranquil surroundings of Lagan Valley Regional Park. We will meet outside the Lockkeeper's Visitor Centre at 6.20am to enjoy the sunrise together on the astronomical start of spring. From there, we'll take a gentle guided stroll through the nearby woods, tuning in to the sights, smells and sounds of the natural world as it awakens. We'll then enjoy a grounding and rebalancing 45-minute yoga session guided by Olivia (@ullasanayoga), before returning for refreshments onboard the charming old Lighter by the visitor centre. This is the perfect way to welcome the new season with intention, mindfulness, movement and community. Beginners to yoga are welcome - please bring warm layers, sensible walking shoes and a yoga mat (limited number of mats available to borrow.)
Meet at Lagan Valley Regional Park Visitor Centre at 6.20am
Cost: £20 per person. Booking and pre-payment essential.
