Willow and Lore Heritage Farm, 15A Craigdunloof Road, Newtowncrommelin, County Antrim, BT43 6RQ
Willow & Lore Welcome

About

Step back to a simpler time and peek in the window to an old Irish way of life on a family run farm in the Antrim hills. Developed in association with  Embrace a Giant Taste, capture the spirit of the past though Fire, Feast and Folklore, authentic Irish rural experiences and fireside feasts on our heritage farm.

Enjoy a welcome drink and light bite followed by a walking tour of the Willow and Lore family heritage farm then:

• Get hands on with a seasonal farm activity (depends on season attending):
• Make butter, from milking the cow to churning the cream
• Thresh the wheat from the chaff and learn how to make flour
• Growing potatoes with man, horse and tractor power. Dig, gather & sort the spuds for your tea

Enjoy local produce by the fireside listening to local folklore, finishing with a parting glass of sloe gin or homemade cordial.

Willow and Lore is a place to spend time, a working heritage farm where you can become immersed in heritage farming experiences, traditional skills & craft workshops and traditional entertainment. Enjoy rest, relaxation and renewal activities in idyllic nature spaces, cultivated around the farm.

Reconnect with nature and get hands on with us as we manage a regenerative, sustainable farm, guaranteed to bring you back to nature and back to a simpler time.
