About

Breckenhilll is a wonderful private venue for teambuilding and outdoor activity days for family groups, youth groups, schools, corporate groups, etc. Choose just one activity, or multiple ones, for a morning, afternoon, or full day.

Only 30 minutes from Belfast, 20 minutes from Larne and15 minutes from Ballymena.

Children should be 8 years or over for most activities., some are suitable for younger kids.
Minimum group size preferably 8, apart from archery which can be for one person.
Birthdays, stag and hen days welcome.

Catering provided. Self-catered parties also welcome. Ideal barbecue venue. Camping permitted. Well-behaved pets welcome!

Activities include Earthball games, archery, traversing wall (low-level climbing), low ropes assault course, giant catapults, nightline, parachute games, orienteering, leadership and teambuilding tasks, tennis, fun team games, 2-person tricycles.
We also are the local provider for Splatmaster Paintball! This low-velocity version of the combat game usess a pump-action shotgun holding 50 paintballs with top ups as required, and we have full-face masks. With a target area, and woodland areas for games such as Capture the Flag and Predator and Prey, this is a great fun activity for all ages from 8 and up!
Indoor rooms available for meetings, meals, parties etc.

Road Directions

Directions from Town:From BALLYCLARE: See website. From Ballyclare, head north towards Broughshane/Ballymena, go 3.5 miles approx (past Five Corners pub on left) and take Tildarg Road South turning on left, then immediately right onto Tildarg Road. Pass primary school on left, go 1 mile, turn left into gate with stone posts, signed Breckenhill. Or pass gate and go a further 0.2 miles and turn left down Breckenhill Road. Go 0.8 miles then enter through gate on left - this is easier for buses. From Belfast: See website for detailed directions. Take M2 and leave at Junction 5 (Templepatrick and Ballyclare). Go right to Ballyclare. At first roundabout take road to left signed Doagh B59. Through Doagh, past new Milll development on left, road bends sharply to right, follow it round, take next left, Bridge Road signed Burnside. Go 2.4 milies through Burnside and over crossroads, into Breckenhill Road. Remain on Breckenhill Road for 1.8 miles going uphill. Breckenhill is on right side, with signpost, on left-hand bend. From Dublin: To Belfast, then follow directions on website, or as for Belfast.
